Our story

For more than four decades, window cleaning has been a family trade at Ortega and Sons Window Cleaning. Since 1984, we have proudly served homeowners and businesses throughout Chicago and much of the Chicagoland area, with many of our longtime clients located in Chicago and the north suburbs.

From the beginning, we were taught that quality comes first. That means taking pride in our work, treating every property with care, and doing everything we can to leave our clients satisfied with the finished result. This commitment has allowed us to build lasting relationships, including relationships with clients who have trusted our family for more than 20 years.

We believe there is real value in an old-school approach to service: showing up, working carefully, communicating honestly, and standing behind the quality of our work. At the same time, we are bringing that approach into the modern era by making it easier for clients to communicate with us, request estimates, schedule services, receive invoices, and make payments.

Our goal is simple: combine decades of hands-on experience with the convenience and organization today’s customers expect.
